2026 event — 2027 date to be confirmed
Choose your Hull base
Hull’s 2026 parade began by the marina, while the main stage and community programme occupied central streets and buildings. A waterfront room suited the start; a station-side room helped with luggage and trains. Choose around the part of the day you most want to attend, then check the actual walk between your hotel and the next published venue.

The 2027 date remains to be confirmed. Compare flexible rates before paying for a particular weekend. These hotels are a location shortlist, not a guarantee of event-date availability, a quiet room or a particular access feature. Check the room category and cancellation deadline as closely as the hotel’s map position.
Six hotels near the historical Pride venues
Holiday Inn Hull Marina
A waterfront base for walking towards Wellington Street and the historical central Pride venues.
Check rooms on Booking.com ↗DoubleTree by Hilton Hull
Near the interchange side of the centre, useful for rail arrival and walking onwards to the daytime programme.
Check rooms on Booking.com ↗Kingston Theatre Hotel
A northern city-centre base within walking distance of the historical markets and Queen Victoria Square.
Check rooms on Booking.com ↗HIDEOUT Hotel
Hotel apartments beside Hull Minster, convenient for the Old Town and a walk towards the marina assembly area.
Check rooms on Booking.com ↗The Whittington and Cat
A pub with rooms near the marina, useful for the historical Wellington Street start and the city-centre stage.
Check rooms on Booking.com ↗Holiday Inn Express Hull City Centre
A station-side choice for managing luggage and reaching the historical festival venues on foot.
Check rooms on Booking.com ↗Marina and Old Town rooms favour the historical parade start and a waterfront break. Ferensway accommodation makes arriving by rail straightforward, with the city-centre activities further east. Kingston Square offers another central position. Compare the route to your chosen entrance, including crossings and crowd diversions, rather than choosing from straight-line distance alone.
Nearness does not guarantee a room will be quiet. Some choices are beside busy roads, shopping areas or a pub. Ask about the actual room position when rest matters to your weekend. Check late entry arrangements if you plan an evening out, and ask whether luggage can be stored before check-in or after checkout.
Three budget options
These economy-brand and value-comparison choices give you alternatives to compare on the same dates. They are not a promise of the lowest Pride rate. Add breakfast, parking and transport before deciding which offers the best value. Check whether the displayed room fits your party and has the bathroom and entrance arrangements you need.
ibis Hull City Centre
An economy-brand comparison on the station side, with an onward walk towards Princes Quay and the marina.
Check rooms on Booking.com ↗Gilson Hotel
A value-comparison option near the railway station for a daytime visit followed by an easy return to your room.
Check rooms on Booking.com ↗Park Hotel & Apartments
A value alternative west of the interchange, with a longer central walk to the historical Pride activity.
Check rooms on Booking.com ↗A central budget room can save the cost and effort of a late journey outside Hull. The western side of the interchange adds walking distance compared with the marina. Read recent room-specific information and contact the hotel about any essential facility. Keep confirmation of an agreed arrangement with your booking details.
Overflow areas
Beverley: around 15 minutes by train to Hull. Hull Trains publishes that average journey time. The town is a useful alternative when central Hull rooms do not fit your budget. Add the hotel-to-station journey and the onward city walk. Check the evening service you will actually use before choosing an out-of-town room.
Brough: direct journeys from around 13 minutes to Hull. TransPennine Express publishes that shorter journey example, rather than a guaranteed time for every departure. Accommodation may involve a further journey from Brough station. Check the complete route in both directions and account for the cost of any taxi or local bus.
These operator examples describe normal station-to-station travel. They are not a 2027 Pride timetable or a promise of late trains. Search the actual event date when it becomes available. A lower room price can lose its advantage after fares and transfers, especially when several people need a ride back together.
If you plan nightlife after the daytime programme, a Hull room may be the more practical choice. Do not book an overflow stay on the assumption that the final possible train will work. Keep an earlier return as a fallback and save the timetable details offline. Check any engineering notice against both journeys.
Before you book
Compare the full booking terms: deposit, refund deadline, minimum stay and included meals. Check the address for your chosen property, especially when a chain operates several hotels around the city. Ask about parking access during road closures if you drive. Do not assume a nearby street will remain available for setting down luggage.
For an accessible room, ask about the entrance, lift, bed space and bathroom in practical terms. Confirm the exact room type in writing rather than relying on a general accessibility filter. Look at the pavement journey from the interchange and from the festival. A convenient hotel can still involve a crossing or surface you need to plan around.
